Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Half Day Shift 8.30am to 1pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)
Town Council, Multiple Locations Available

Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
Attend to residents / tenants\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, monitor contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance and manage arrear cases.
Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
Diploma holders with years of experiences in facilities management will be considered for senior positions
Able to work under pressure
Singaporeans Only
