Facilities Coordinator (Hard Services)

• Responsible for site M&E operation.
• Responsible for delivery of hard-services in accordance with Client Management SLA
• The point of contact for technical issue for all Hard-services at the site.
• Liaising with vendors on timely submission of invoices and/or required corrections
• Track M&E preventive maintenance program accordance to 52-week schedule.
• Responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the site facilities. Also includes Audio Visual, Fire Protection System, Passenger Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Gym Equipment, Fire Certificate Renewal (Seraya & Merbau) and Bicycle Servicing.
• Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works including handyman works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required
• Conduct regular site inspection and provide solution through adhoc works and minor projects.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and ensure the completion of all adhoc works and minor projects.
• Ensure all M&E works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
• Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.
• To cover other sites if there is an absence in FC.
• Perform spare management by ordering and receiving and take stock as required.
• Permit Requestor for all Hard Services works (PM & Ad hoc)
