We are looking for you,
Facilities Coordinator
to our Maintenance team in Neste Singapore.
You will focus on non-process area building and facilities maintenance. In this job you will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to maintain asset integrity to ensure safe and reliable operations, achieving high rates of asset performance & availability.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
Coordinate all required sites (Main, West and South) permanent and temporary facilities and infrastructures needs (e.g. offices, storage, vehicles or crane parking, laydown areas, etc.), additions, alterations or renovations, ensuring safe and optimized siting / layouts and meeting all regulatory requirements. Keep to a good site layout and traffic (both pedestrians and vehicular) flows.
\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bDirectly supervise and sustain safe, quality and effective executions of all facility management activities (planned, unplanned, mandatory / statutory, routine or ad-hoc), ensure compliance to relevant requirements, rules, regulations, specifications, codes and standards.
Liaison with relevant authority for all civil, building, structural, infrastructure, roads and grounds matters (e.g. BCA, NEA, LTA, JTC, etc.) with support from professional engineers (PE) or qualified persons (QP) if necessary.
Embrace recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices as a basis in activities, guided by relevant established codes, standards, published technical reports or recommended practices or similar documents.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Coordinator to maintain high quality as-built documentations and related process safety information.
Review performance measures and pertinent maintenance information in CMMS for trending, frequencies, etc. to highlight issues for performance and breakdown analysis.
Raise issues affecting safety, quality, availability or capacity, analyze and recommend actions.
Lead in developing ideas and suggestions into executable plans to improve building facility asset integrity, efficiency & productivity
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building / Estate Management or Facility Management
Five years\' experience in facilities, infrastructures, civil & building maintenance in coordinator / supervisory role
Experience in building, structural, infrastructural, roads, grounds maintenance/ inspection, fire protection system and site facilities management, up-to-date with current industry best practices in safety, maintenance and engineering.
Technical knowledge in building, structural and architectural works.
Building defects rectification knowledge.
Root-cause analysis
CMMS - SAP, IFS, etc., plant maintenance, material / inventory management
