What this job involves:
Greasing the wheels of day-to-day operations
You will be involved in the overall upkeep of facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. To do this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to regularly inspect all areas within the facilities and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists.
Being the front line for maintenance needs
Our clients will come to you for minor fixes, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to be skilled in carrying out basic repairs. At the same time, you should always be ready to get hold of vendors to do maintenance work at a moment\xe2\x80\x99s notice. In every decision or action you will make, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to keep in mind that you follow local governmental rules and regulations to avoid any legal troubles.

Facilities Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the Section in the execution of the various strategies pertaining to facility management in the areas of M&E, Office equipment, AV, Security & other communal services.
• Support in managing all M & E and non-IT related matters such as equipment and machinery.
• Support office renovation and relocation of departments, when necessary.
• Managing and upkeep of bank premises for 2 locations at Marina One & Changi, including official residence
• Support FM matters for MUFG subsidiaries who are also residing within Marina One
• Support users on Audio and Visual related services
• Manage the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse storage movement such as collection and retrieval including annual inspection of the warehouse premises.
• Conduct physical annual assets inventory check including official residence (except for computer related items).
• Monthly checking of office premises and walk thru office premises to ensure all equipment, bank premises are upkeep in a proper manner including official residence.

Certified and experienced
Are you certified to do electrical or mechanical repair? Have you worked in a facilities and maintenance role before? If yes, then you are who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for!
Good-natured and customer-oriented
Can you clearly report issues and problems and provide clear instruction to repair bugs and malfunctions? To serve clients the best way possible, good communication skills\xe2\x80\x94both written and spoken\xe2\x80\x94will also be indispensable for this role.
