What this job involves:



Vendor Management Support:

Act as the facilities management's trusted support for all cleaning and handyman service activities.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning and handyman service processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.

Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings related to cleaning and handyman services.

Help the team achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for cleaning and handyman services.

Participate in the procurement of cleaning and handyman vendors and services, including planning and budgeting.

Work closely with cleaning and handyman clients and suppliers onsite to identify and address their service inquiries and requirements.



Workplace Safety & Risk Management:

Ensure a safe and risk-free environment by maintaining and carrying out safe workplace procedures, especially those relevant to cleaning and handyman activities.

Support the implementation and management of risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans, with a focus on cleaning and handyman service continuity.

Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with firm guidelines and strategies related to all services.

Service-Oriented Professional:

Have prior experience in facilities, property management, or related fields, with a focus on cleaning and handyman services.

Possess an understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, soft services (like cleaning), and vendor management.

Be knowledgeable in various property procedures relevant to vendor oversight.



Collaborative Team Player:

Support the facilities team and work effectively with others to achieve targets, particularly concerning cleaning and handyman service delivery.

Demonstrate a proven track record of flawless project execution, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Help ensure the team practices JLL's core behaviors.



Client-Focused Enthusiast:

Easily interact with clients and vendors to deliver efficient cleaning and handyman services.

Effectively address conflicts and conflicting priorities with a positive and resilient communication style.
