Job Req ID: 9619 Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operation duties as detailed by DC Manager/Team Lead
- Run operations and adhere to contract SLA requirement
- Ensure minimum downtime of system operations
- Plan preventive maintenance schedule
- Ensure preventive maintenance is executed according to preventive maintenance schedule
- Oversee vendors\' maintenance schedule, ad-hoc issues and customer matters
- Liaise all site works with vendors as well as health and safety concerns
- Coordinating MOS (method of statement) and RA (risk assessment)
- Generates all relevant reports in a timely manner. Eg, Monthly Reports, Incident Reports, etc.
- Procurement - Raising of ePR and sourcing of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s quotations, and doing preliminary technical evaluation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 3 years of experience as a Facilities Engineer or in a similar role
- Able to understand Electrical Single Line Diagrams and Mechanical Schematics
- Knowledge of the building process and Data Centre operation
- Basic repair knowledge, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A team player with good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and use Microsoft office
- Able to work on 12-hours rotating shift work
