Facilities Engineer ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of M&E infrastructure.
- Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc works orders on mechanical, electrical and other installed M&E systems and ensure timely and quality work.
- Experience working in critical M&E facilities or experience in HVAC, plumbing/water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, fire safety systems and equipment
- Able to carry out impact assessment during system fault and technically sound to contain fault to ensure M&E system service continuity.
- Ensure proper escalation in accordance to incident escalation process.
- Carry out work in accordance to site processes and requirements.
- Proactively look out for site abnormalities and possible areas of improvement, recommend solutions and put up proposal to Supervisor.
- Able to prepare and review SOPs, MOPs and EOPs.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
