permanent, full-time position

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm)

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production and utility equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults while coordinating with vendors for specialized servicing. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment to support maintenance needs. Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Production teams during equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning. Oversee building facilities such as lighting, water, HVAC, power, air, and fire protection systems; handle contractor scheduling and perform minor repairs when needed. Monitor and track maintenance and facility expenditures, supporting budget planning and implementing cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with WSH, ISO, and food safety regulations while maintaining documentation for audits by NEA, SCDF, and MOM. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction. Participate in small-scale projects and carry out other assigned tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in plant or factory maintenance is preferred. Practical knowledge of electrical panels, compressors, and mechanical troubleshooting. Proven ability to coordinate and manage external vendors or contractors. Familiarity with WSH and ISO standards, with a proactive and independent work style. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will be an advantage.
