as a Facilities Engineer based in

. This is a

permanent position

with a

5-day work week (Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:30 PM)

. You'll play a vital role in maintaining plant facilities and equipment to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility systems to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, coordinating with vendors for timely repairs. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and process upgrades in collaboration with QA, R&D, and Production teams. Oversee the maintenance of building services including lighting, water, HVAC, power, compressed air, and fire protection systems. Supervise contractors and carry out minor in-house repairs when needed. Monitor facility expenditures, assist in budgeting, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Ensure adherence to WSH, ISO, and food safety standards, maintaining records and supporting audits from NEA, SCDF, and MOM. Contribute to improving reliability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives. Participate in ad hoc projects and special assignments as directed.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in plant or factory maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of electrical panels, air compressors, and mechanical troubleshooting. Skilled in coordinating with external vendors and contractors. Familiar with WSH and ISO requirements; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will be an advantage.
