Job Description
$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, planning and bidding of maintenance and tenancy contracts
- Develop and uphold good standing relationship with both current and potential clients
- Evaluate the feasibility of all maintenance/tenancy contracts to ensure the profitability of the service division
- Ensure that all service projects can be and must be executed timely and efficiently
- Be the interface with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants,
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project / program / term contract
- Responsible for planning of maintenance and manpower regime
- Be the interface with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess Quantity Surveying/Tendering/Project experience within the Facility Management Sector or Construction Sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
