Job Description

Good understanding of M&E infrastructure. Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc works orders on mechanical, electrical and other installed M&E systems and ensure timely and quality work. Experience working in critical M&E facilities or experience in ACMV, electrical or fire systems will be an advantage. Able to carry out impact assessment during system fault and technically sound to contain fault to ensure M&E system service continuity. Ensure proper escalation in accordance to incident escalation process. Carry out work in accordance to site processes and requirements. Proactively look out for site abnormalities and possible areas of improvement, recommend solutions and put up proposal to Engineer (Lead). Able to prepare and review SOPs, MOPs and EOPs. General facilities duties, including monitoring of equipment and report on daily condition. Occasionally perform simple repair work such as lamp replacement or door repair. Any other duties assigned by Engineer (Lead). Flexible with 24x7 rotating shifts.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
