Job Description

We are hiring Facilities Engineers for several of our clients across different industries. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of building and engineering systems, supporting business continuity and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing).
  • Monitor building systems and equipment performance, troubleshooting issues and carrying out repairs as needed.
  • Support facility-related projects, upgrades, and improvement works to meet operational and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' facilities engineering experience in Commercial Buildings, Data Centres, or Semiconductor industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $4,500 to $6,500
