Job Responsibilities:

Handle FM engineering management in the data centre.
Responsible for all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities.
Manage fire protection and suppression systems, electrical systems, water detection systems, DCIM, ACMV, genset, etc.
Responsible for all security systems, including CCTV and card access.
Handle asset management for the DC.
Manage annual building power shutdown and DC shutdown script.
Ensure orderly testing and maintenance.
Act as the first line of escalation point 24x7 under MSL for critical alarms and equipment.
Manage and raise incident reports.
Develop a lifecycle replacement/sustainment plan to mitigate any risk or breakdown.
Support and execute all DC projects and ensure incident reports are recorded.
Raise, review, and approve work orders, risk assessments, and method statements.
Follow up and submit quotations for break-fix and enhancement works.
Ensure license renewal.
Act as the liaising point with building management for building infra-supporting MSL.
Support all site work requests as needed.
