Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor outsource and lead in-house team in cleaning and maintenance facility management of the dormitory.
• Conduct monthly Facilities Management Review with service partners/vendors to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
• Ensure efficiency of facilities management in cleaning services, pest control, waste management, landscaping, water services, electrical and fire services, etc
• Promoting healthy and safe working methods and practices in the workplace.
• Investigate, develop, and implement solutions, and troubleshoot day-to-day operational problems of facilities and buildings.
• Reviews work orders/service reports to ensure that order/service are completed.
• All other duties are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
• Assist Dormitory Manager / Directors as and when it is required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• With 1 to 2 years\' experience in the same or related industry.
• Able to communicate with all levels, including foreign workers.
