Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Mechanical systems cover HVAC, rotating equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, Newater & potable water systems.
- Plan/schedule preventive maintenance and perform Autonomous maintenance for all mechanical systems
- Validate service/test reports for all performed PM/AM activities.
- Follow up on all mechanical defects, Energy saving & system improvement activities
- Experience in Mechanical/HVAC System
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
