Responsibilities

Responsible for the operations and general maintenance of the plant, machinery, and associated building facilities
Attend to all facility works and M&E installations, as well as to coordinate with contractors on repair works.
Conduct space planning & layout for all production equipment and other processes.
Development of team\'s technical skills and capabilities to establish an efficient, productive and cost-effective Facilities Operation\xe2\x80\x99s Support and Plant Maintenance Program
Supervise facilities contract workforce such as: waste disposal management, housekeeping cleaning services, and landscaping maintenance.

Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Technology or Building related discipline.
Preferably 5 years relevant working experience
Excellent project management skills
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
