We are pleased to present a job opening for a Facilities Operation and Maintenance Engineer, tailored to meet the specific needs of our valued clients. Below is a detailed job description, highlighting the key responsibilities, requirements, and qualifications for this role.

Facilities Operation and Maintenance

Execute and lead daily maintenance and operations of data center facilities, ensuring serviceability of all active and redundancy equipment. Perform routine facilities activities, including critical system checks and functional testing. Respond to Mechanical and Electrical alarms/faults, identify and analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Respond to Building Management System (BMS)/Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alerts, providing feedback on outstanding issues or events. Facilitate data center projects, site construction activities, and installations, coordinating with external contractors and testing in adherence to operational standards.

Technical and Customer Support

Ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Attend to customer requests and deliveries, such as installations and coordination with design & construction teams.

Events and Accreditation Support

Involve in scheduling, coordination, and completion of planned and emergency maintenance events. Support various accreditation, certification, and compliance initiatives, such as BCA-IDA Green Mark DC/QMS/ISMS/BCMS/PCIDSS/OSPAR.

Qualifications

Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations. Candidates without required academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations. * Strong technical and functional skills and knowledge of facilities management and operation
