Job Description
Job Scope
- Assist EHS & Facilities Engineer in daily operational works.
- Prepare all reports and submit as requested.
- Monitor, analyze and Prepare daily reports and equipment health check reports.
- Liaison with all vendors / users.
- Execute any follow up actions.
- Prepare interim incident reports.
- Prepare master maintenance schedule and manage deployment of resources as schedule.
- Responsible to handle all projects upgrading and fitting out matters with supervision to completion and taking over.
- Any other works related to the operation of the building as assigned by the Management.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess with Licence electrical worker (LEW) (Electrician/Technician Grade) from the Singapore authority advantageous
- Experience in project management and A&A works.
- Basic electrical, aircon, chiller and air compressor knowledge will be an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate work on tight schedule
- Possesses strong problem solving abilities
