Pratt & Whitney has been operating in Singapore for more than 30 years, making it one of the pioneers in the development of Singapore's world-class aerospace industry RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and implement facilities & building management improvement projects. Manage the facilities management partner to maintain the Engine MRO Centre facility. Manage all the contractors and vendors in accordance with the contractor's management and business practice program. Ensure compliance of all relevant legislation, standards and requirements governing the maintenance and management of buildings in Singapore. Perform Energy Manager responsibilities. Manage and oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) in the most efficient manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Manage and oversee the laboratory testing services. Attend all required EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) trainings, adhere to EH&S rules & procedures, and participate in EH&S committee. Ensure all facilities activities are in compliance with EH&S requirements by reviewing and or conducting risk assessments with relevant stakeholders. Carry out any other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Engineering disciplines from a recognized university. At least 3 - 5 years' of relevant experience in facilities and vendor management. Project management experience in building management system, new equipment installation and facilities upgrading. Some exposure or keen interest in managing effluent plant and lab services. Manage and motivate the team of vendors & contractors to achieve company's objective to drive improvement projects. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Singapore Certified Energy Manager certification is a plus. Relevant facility management experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO is a plus.
