Facilities Management
The Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract

Responsible for site facilities operation

Establish Engineering and Operational procedures and roll out for site staff

Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA

Ensure compliance with all government regulations

The single point of contact for technical issue for FM at the site

Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities

Managing all contract vendors to carry out technical audits/maintenance for all installation as scheduled

Developing of technical service standard

Initiate planning of critical environment procedure

Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis

Initiate and maintain preventive maintenance program

Driving Innovation and technology ideas into Engineering

Responsible for early involvement in facilities operation and provide advisory service during site inspection and project development

Solution provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion

Support the minor project team for project coordination and site supervision work

Client/Stakeholder Management
Manage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achieved

Build strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote company\'s engineering platform and provide a key linkage between the wider organisation and the client representative and account team

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures

Procurement & Vendor Management
Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations, established processes, tools & documentations

Plan and manage budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts

Manage contract on vendors for technical services

Risk Management
Ensure alignment and compliance to established policies and standard operating procedures for the management of the client\'s critical environment (CEM)

Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to the established change management controls for all sites

Support the EHS team to provide guidance to the Site Engineer, Supervisors and Technicians on the requirements of the Health & Safety Program.

Protect the health & safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategies

Conduct audits to ensure that all safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintained

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards

Ensure compliance with the company\'s programs and audit programs and participate in engineering community initiatives

Adhere to the company\'s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm\'s guidelines, procedures and strategies

Site Operations
Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the facility

24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required

Manage the M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time

Develop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings

Continuous optimisation of processes, tools and documentation

Achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets

Emergency Call Out
Stand-by 24/7 for all emergency call outs

Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports

Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary cause and effect analysis of fault

Are you well-versed in workplace safety? As we\xe2\x80\x99ll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also make sure that all essential site activities\xe2\x80\x94including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment\xe2\x80\x94are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help you land this job.

Working as part of a larger team, you will be involved in ensuring all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract.

Championing Improvement
Do you get excited by improvement works? As part of a larger team, you will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients. For example, you will be involved in the implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.

This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects\xe2\x80\x94from beginning to end. You\xe2\x80\x99ll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects\xe2\x80\x99 timeline.

Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop tools that help measure the technical team\xe2\x80\x99s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
