Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: East
Responsibilities
- To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.
- Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
- Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
- Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works.
- To do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.
- To involve in tender calculation when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance / Facility experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
