Our client, an established company in the healthcare sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team as a Facilities Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure all mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems are maintained in good working condition
- Effective implementation of preventive maintenance and calibration schedules
- Liaise and work closely with internal parties and external vendors to ensure the execution of maintenance services run smoothly
- Conduct assessment of equipment and systems
- Submit proposal for repair and replacement of equipment
- Process all contractors\xe2\x80\x99 claims for payment
- Conduct proper financial procedures and proper accounting of goods / services rendered
- Conduct regular training for end-users on equipment and safety matter
- a Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Facilities Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant facilities experience
- Working experience in HVAC will be advantageous
- Good IT literacy
