Job Description

Job Scope :

- Assist EHS & Facilities Senior Engineer in daily operational works

- Prepare all reports for submission

- Monitor, analyze and prepare daily reports and equipment health check reports.

- Liaison with all vendors/users.

- Execute any follow-up actions.

- Prepare interim incident reports.

- Prepare a master maintenance schedule and manage the deployment of resources as scheduled.

- Responsible to handle all projects upgrading and fitting out matters with supervision to completion and taking over.

- Any other works related to the operation of the building as assigned

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent

- 2 years of relevant experience

- Experience in project management and A&A works.

- Knowledge in electrical, aircon, chiller, and air compressor will be an advantage

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to coordinate work on a tight schedule

- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities

- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Able to start within short notice

- Only Singaporean or PR need apply
