The Role:
To undertake facility engineer activities for assigned CC & STC. The role includes planning maintenance, preventive maintenance, utilities capacity, production machines and equipment.
Main Responsibilities * Undertaking manufacturing product support and facilities running reliability to reduce the downtime and increase the uptime, includes site utiltiy HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning), electrical and mechanical equipment used in building and production facilities.

• Facility capacity and Capex support. Management of spare parts replenishment levels and cost control.
• Respond to service database assistance requests to complete troubleshooting and repair for buiding and facilities. Uphold expected internal and external standards including documentation.
• Active involvement in STC Kaizen projects (leadership as required), driving improvements and new processes that will deliver operational targets.
• Coordinate and manage contractors and service providers activities (such as site cleaning team and site security) and performance for all aspects of utilities and building management to the maintenance schedule and NDA if required.
• Maintain compliance against local rules and laws for electrical, environment, as well as LRQA audit support.
• Utiltiy, Wastes, emissions monitoring & Tracking to keep cost at an acceptable level. Support corporate and country sustainability goals through Facilities engineering.
• Reduce production time loss impact by machine down %, support site risk rate improvement, drive energy saving and actions with EHS, lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiative if project requires.
• Manage the planning of maintenance and preventive maintenance and developing and maintaining Site TPM
• Define and own site maintenance policy; strategy and facility maintenance KPI definition and ownership.
• Support our Kulim (Malaysia) STC (Service Technology Centre)
• Periodic travel to Malaysia (2 - 4 times a year)

Skills/Experience

• Electrical and Electronic Engineer related academic background
• At least 3 year related experience
• Knowledge of company product, process and facilities in remanufacturing.
• Self-managing individual, capable of working autonomously.
• Excellent maintenance skills.
• Good computer skill for MS suite and good knowledge for company e-system.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, quality technique, cost analysis and CAD.
• Capital Equipment Investment Projects and Facility Project Management
• Experience of BMS - Building Management Systems and TPM an added advantage
