RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to Maintenance Department.
• Oversee facilities management activities, which include M & E services of the building
• Responsible for the day-to-day facility operations which include maintaining uptime, operations of air-conditioning systems, Compressed air, Cooling water, water treatment systems and building services.
• Supervise service vendors and sub-contractors on their periodic preventive maintenance works (Electrical/ mechanical systems, fire safety, gardening works).
• Establish maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, emergency, utility equipment, safety equipment, etc.
• Risk assessment of building with On Job Training.
• Monitor and control maintenance operations to achieve the minimum turn-around time within required quality standards.
• Keep the facility systems running stable, handle emergency events.
• Assist the department head to co-ordinate and liaise with respective contractors to repair, maintain or service of equipment in areas mentioned above.
• Also liaise with contractors to survey repair works, obtaining quotations and raise work orders.
• Update and keep records of equipment and its performance on a regular basis.
• To undertake minor electrical and plumbing works.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical
• Must have strong Facility Technician/Engineer experiences
• Minimum 2-3 year experience
