Job Duties & Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Oversee site facility equipment operation & layout changes & associated expenses

\xc2\xb7 Monitor custodian facility management team operation according to master agreement.

\xc2\xb7 Manage ISO50001 management system and utilities consumption trending analysis & follow up actions.

\xc2\xb7 Manage site security operation and badge access system implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Define and implement preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to ensure that site facility equipment and instruments are in proper working condition & comply with local regulatory and Collins requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Work and coordinate with OEM/Equipment agent/Contractors/Suppliers on site facility & instruments Repairs/Calibration/Preventive Maintenance (PM) through custodian facility management team.

\xc2\xb7 Provide feedback and recommendation to Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Lead in the ISO50001 management system implementation and organized audit and meeting as per system requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep site operation layout plan.

\xc2\xb7 Support facility projects implementation & coordination

\xc2\xb7 Maintain & upkeep site security control plan and provide recommendation to Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on improvement needed to enhance site security.

EH&S:

Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company

Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor

Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions

Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Participate in audits and inspections as and when required

Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety

Ethics & Compliance:

Understand and carry out work performance in compliance with the UTC Code of Ethics, its Supplements and governing policies and the International Trade Policies and Procedures

ACE:

Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the company

Minimum ACE Associate certification under ACP
