Facilities Engineer
Working Days/ Hours: 5.5 day Monday to Friday and Saturday (half day) office hours
Location: West Mnaufacturing Plant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager/ Facilities Executives in daily operations.
- Provision and implementation of maintenance services at designated Client's site.
- Troubleshoot building services failures.
- Attend to all calls from the Board's staff, Helpdesk, security, tenants/occupant/staff and the public, in response to any services breakdown.
- Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines.
- Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Relevant Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV works. (OR)
- Relevant Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management with minimum 1- 2 years of relevant work experience Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV works.
- Open to Fresh Graduates with Relevant Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management
