Assist the Facilities Manager/ Facilities Executives in daily operations. . Assist the Facilities Manager/ Facilities Executives in daily operations. . Provision and implementation of maintenance services at designated Client's site. . Troubleshoot building services failures. . Attend to all calls from the Board's staff, Helpdesk, security, tenants/occupant/staff and the public, in response to any services breakdown. . Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines. . Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies. Requirements: . Relevant Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV works. (OR) . Relevant Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management with minimum 1- 2 years of relevant work experience Plumbing & Sanitary, Mechanical or ACMV works. .
