Jobscope

Plan, execute, lead and supervise all maintenance and troubleshooting as well as all required inspections for the general infrastructure
Responsible for contract management of building and facility management systems, carpark and fire safety Maintain the site master plan and provide regular awareness of expenditures for general infrastructure.
Interact with government agencies on inspections and reporting.
Facilitate small capital projects.

Requirement

At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management or related disciplines.
Minimum two years\' experience in similar capacity of shopping mall building/facilities management/MCST.
Possess strong working knowledge with maintenance work, local codes and regulations.
