• Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control and landscaping.
• Assist Facilities Manager on the operations of reception / triage, visitor's registration and compliance.
• Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Bio-Medical Engineering.
• Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Administration Dept and admin support for the hospital.
• Assist Facilities Manager on the emergency response (fire, facilities, haze and terrorism).
• Assist Facilities Manager on all adhoc building & facilities projects within the hospital.
• Assist Facilities Manager on building & facilities Grants from MOH, AIC and other government agencies.
• Take on any works from time to time as directed by Management.
• Qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Holds a Diploma in Facilities/Building Management/Engineering or a relevant field.
• Demonstrates independence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a proactive and flexible manner.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Proficiently presents and articulates ideas to management, translates feedback into actionable tasks, and promptly follows up for closure.
• Exhibits independence in functioning within a fast-paced work environment.
