-The Opportunity:

• Our Client, Government-Operated Management
• Location: Changi Airport
• Basic Salary: Up to $5,000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Write work specifications, prepare quotations, and evaluate bids for project awards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, working both indoors (50%) and outdoors (50%) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and work closely with tenants and stakeholders to address facility-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure facilities are maintained according to engineering and facilities management best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
• Singaporeans only.
• Possession of a valid Class 3A driving license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a facilities management environment.
• Able to write work specifications, prepare quotations, and evaluate bids for project awards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tenants and stakeholders effectively.
