Who You Are: Facilities IoT Engineer
Position

Position Summary:

This position is to support the IT requirement for the Facilities Team. Work with various Facilities team to ensure that current application/apps are working properly. Ensure that application and apps developed and deployed meet Lumileds Corporate’s IT requirement. Ensure application and data integrity of current application/apps. Develop new (individually or in collaboration with vendor/IT department) application/s and apps as required by the team. Provide training and documentation for current or new application/s or apps. Participate and contribute ideals for continuous improvement. Perform activities as assigned by supervisor.

What You Will Do:
1) Maintain and improving current application/apps that have been developed and are currently in use by various Facilities team.
2) Ensure that current applications/apps follow Lumileds Corporate IT policy.
3) Work with vendors/developer to develop new or maintain current apps.
4) Integrate Facilities sensor data with application system.
5) Improve and simplify current application and apps for more user-friendly interface.
6) Create new apps/application as required by Facilities team members.
7) Assist in the troubleshooting of apps/application as required.
8) Ensure proper documentation and integrity of database used in various application/apps.
9) Create documentation and provide training for end-users. 10) Support internal/external audits as required.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Keen interest in developing application and apps.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting application/apps.
• Knowledge in C++/C#, HTML, Python, Java/Javascript will be a plus.
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Some knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Some knowledge on Facilities and related system operation will be advantageous though not compulsory.
