Facilities Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical (manufacturing)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform operational support, maintenance scope and project activities for plant facilities mechanical systems, inclusive of Chilled Water Systems, Secondary Cooling Water Loops, Compressed Dry Air, Vacuum Systems, Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Cleanroom, Scrubber and Process Exhaust Systems, etc.
- Lead Maintenance team to carry out maintenance activities, investigate abnormalities and provide technical solutions.
- Monitor and review supply performance, maintain high uptime of the systems and good quality of the supply.
- Initialize continuous improvement for cost, uptime, safety and quality, etc.
- Participate project installation, coordinate with internal and external parties, manage safety, quality, scope, schedule, deliverables, and cost.
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with Clean Room operations and general facility systems would be a plus
