Facilities & Maintenance Manager ($4000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes maintaining inventory levels, managing shipments, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our clinics.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity to our clinics.
- Coordination with our list of contractors for Facilities Maintenance works, renovations and repairs
- Coordination with our list of vendors for clinic equipment maintenance and servicing; ie. Air conditioning, Shockwave Machine, Light Photodynamic PACT machine, Autoclave machine etc
- Manage production schedule to ensure a healthy inventory level
- Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems
- Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance of existing systems and IT equipment
- Coordination of rental/tenancy agreements and matters with landlord (ad hoc)
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building facilities & maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
