Working Hours Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm Sat: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 12pm 5.5 workdays

Job Responsibilities Supervises and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of machineries and associated equipment. To inspect, install, repair and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, safety and waste management.

Job scope

• To ensure machines and equipment are up to date for maintenance and servicing
• Keeping proper records of maintenance and servicing of facility equipment
• Daily checks on equipment to ensure there are no defects or immediate rectification before production start
• To obtain quotations from 3rd party contractor and follow up on repair/maintenance
• Draft plan on each machines with potential issues, solutions and vendor for spare parts/maintenance
• Develop work instruction and procedures for operators to carry out accordingly
• Ensure shopfloor is clean and tidy
• Work with government agencies when needed and ensure compliance are met
• Support emergency rectification where necessary
  

• M&E Cert is a must
• Experience in facility management
• Knowledge in M&E, Diploma / Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player to coordinate with production floors
• Ability to communicate professionally and treat associates with respect
• Able to response to emergencies or issues that require immediate attention
