• Work Location: Pasir Panjang (near Pasir Panjang MRT station)
• Salary: Up to $3,200 (depending on relevant working experiences)
• Benefits : Dental & Medicals, AWS and Bonus
• Shift Information: 6-day work week,
• 2 rotating shifts between 7am to 11nite -
• Morning shift staggered between 7.30am and 7.00pm;
• Afternoon shift staggered between 12.00pm and 11.00pm)

Pre-Requisite:

• Able and willing to work 2 rotating shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Complete local Secondary or Diploma education with supervisory experience
• Able to handle both English and Chinese written documents.
• IT savvy.

:

• Responsible for providing customer service, managing bookings, schedules activities, and handles administrative tasks related to facility usage such as handling payments, and maintaining daily reports.
• Primarily responsible for interacting with members, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Manages facility operations, including security monitoring, maintenance, cleanliness, and ensuring facilities are prepared for use.
• Oversees events and activities, ensuring adherence to rules, safety protocols, and reporting any issues to management.
• Supports instructional activities by demonstrating procedures, preparing facilities, and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Ensures the safety and security of the premises, monitors activities, and maintains order within the facility.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced and maintain proper compliance at all times
• Perform all supervisory responsibilities as directed by Club Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
