Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, and execution for all centre development, renovation, and expansion initiatives.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle--from concept design through completion--covering approvals, procurement, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Manage preventive maintenance programmes and ensure the centre's operational readiness at all times.
Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Champion innovation in energy efficiency, smart building technologies, sustainability, and long-term asset management.
Deliver regular reports and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Foster strong collaboration with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, F&B, operations) to support ongoing maintenance and continuous facility improvements
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Hands-on Experience in Maintainance and Facilities Development
At least 10 years of relevant experience
