Leasing and Facilities Management Executive (CS|AO)Job Summary:Company Background: Retail FieldLocation: CentralWorking days: 5 days, Mon - FriSalary Range: up to $3700 (Depend on experience) + VBKey Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance works and projects, including upgrades and renovations as necessary.
• Review maintenance contracts, ensuring specifications meet standards, and seek approval for execution.
• Conduct periodic inspections of all properties to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Assist the Manager in Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operating Expenditure (Opex) planning.
• Manage office operations for the Head Office, ensuring smooth functioning.
