$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical development and maintenance of all buildings and grounds in support of the facility management and administrative functions.
• Oversee the daily operations and preventive maintenance of building services to ensure that all systems are installed in accordance with the Authority\'s requirement.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings to meet both safety and health standards as well as legal requirements to relevant Government Regulations (JTC/BCA - Structural), (MOM Industrial Safety), (SCDF - Fire Safety/Evacuation), (NEA - Environment).
• Attend to correspondences on matters relating to the building and liaise with all relevant authorities on the building.
• Collaborate with Operations to arrange building/premise/factory/roof access for Term Contractors conducting routine maintenances or housekeeping activities servicing.
• Supervise and inspect contractor\'s on-site works to ensure they had executed the works efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot building mechanical services failures and attend to related problem.
• Closely monitor building systems faults and respond promptly to breakdowns, end users feedbacks/queries, and regularly engaging with maintenance contractors to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Building & Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Local Code of Practice, Authority\'s requirement and Government Regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
