Provide strategic guidance in sourcing & contract management, operations & maintenance and resource & cost sustainability . Manage multiple stakeholders, including vendors and customer . Forge win-win partnerships with tenants' shopfloor/ frontline operations. . Grow and develop the in-house technical expertise . To coach and train the team so that they are familiarized and knowledgeable of the requirements . Ensure all projects and maintenance works are carried out according to the schedule planned . To take charge and lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance issues . Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings . Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner . Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management . Prepare quotation for service as required . Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management. Requirements . Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines (preferred) . Minimum 3 years of experience in related functions . Has good knowledge of operations support . Good communication skills (written and oral) . Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share . Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel . Agile, innovative, meticulous, self-driven with a keen eye for details . Team player, hands-on and with a positive attitude . Strong interpersonal skills, and able to manage and work with various stakeholders . Able to multitask and perform under pressure to deliver
