• Position Title: Senior Facilities Engineer/ Facilities Manager
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm/ Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers, technical officers and technicians for a healthcare facility.
• Ensure that the premises and amenities upkeep and maintenance are carried out by the functional team.
• Provide feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, and contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure that objectives are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspections of systems to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
• The study, proposes and implement feasible improvement works.
• Oversee and coordinate rectification works, major repairs and maintenance works and new initiatives.
• Oversee the daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to the client
• Responsible for the selection, coaching, performance management and development of the team.
• Prepare tender documents and specifications for various services.
• Prepare assessment report for contractors' performance.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and local authorities' requirements.
• Prepare and be responsible for the audit report.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with 2 years in Healthcare facilities.
• Proven experience in facility management in a large-scale facility
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Prior experiences in leading a team.
