Job Description
Our client, a leading infrastructure & building development and management services provider in the Asia Pacific region is looking for Facilities Manager (Bukit Merah / Pulau Ubin (Punggol))
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day facilities management service to our client, managing premises that focus mostly on outdoor recreation activities. You will be part of a team to develop and maintain partnership with the client, main contractors and / or vendors.
- Responsible for the management of facilities services to our client.
- Recommend and implement improvement works at the client\xe2\x80\x99s premises to meet service standards.
- Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified preferably in a Facilities Management or Building Services or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification and CERT is required.
- Having a class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
