Responsibilities (70%)

• Lead and manage facilities planning and development projects from conceptual stage to completion with effective governance and budget compliance; engage and work closely with various stakeholders to plan, develop and deliver the projects within the stipulated timeline and budget.
• Plan and develop design proposals, including participating in feasibility studies, conceptual design and preliminary programme to define end-user briefs and operational requirements for new developments.
• Develop tender specifications, prepare tender drawings and documents for procurement, evaluate and recommend appropriate vendors.
• Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of services in accordance with their contract terms.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, summarizing and communicating the progress of projects.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Other requirement (30%)

• Assists and supports the Facilities Operations to ensure smooth delivery of all support services of the Home and maintain targeted performance standards.
• Assists to plan, coordinate and manage the various operational support services in providing day-to-day operations & administration, procurement & logistics support, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security services, provision of transport arrangements and procurement services for general operations equipment and services.
• Assists to manage the outsourced vendors, support the Management in regular performance meetings to ensure that contractors\' performance is up to stipulated service standards.
• Assist the managment to supervise and work closely with the Facility staffs and / or outsourced vendors to ensure and upkeep the cleanliness of the general and common areas of the Home & Centres premise(s).

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years\' relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Strong preference for background in healthcare operations, facilities management, workplace safety and/or fire safety.
