& Requirements
Facilities Management at a specific location;
Oversees daily operations and tenancy management services;
Deliver solutions and maintain good customer relationship at all times;
Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Real Estate/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines;
Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in related field;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Have the ability to handle projects independently;
* Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
