To deliver high-quality property management services, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure your team has relevant and up-to-date skills. To keep finances on track, you\xe2\x80\x99ll monitor and create budget plans and management reports based on business objectives. Part of your responsibilities is also being our liaison officer who takes charge of our major programmes on-site and coordinates with the relevant parties.Driving excellent daily operationsAs the person in charge, you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage the site\xe2\x80\x99s daily activities and ensure that all essential operational processes are followed. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also see to it that both the building\xe2\x80\x99s interior and exterior are well-maintained. You\xe2\x80\x99ll do this by performing regular site inspections and conducting fire and other evacuations as scheduled in accordance with the health and safety requirements.Promoting client satisfactionAre you keen on keeping clients happy? In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.Sound like you?
