Job Description

: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall Facilities Management of the building(s) that he/she assigned to include soft FM Services such as Pest Control, Landscape, Cleaning and Security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required to plan, formulate, manage and oversee the fitting-out, operations, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and land area \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the buildings \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote good relations with our staff, contractors and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all preventive maintenance programs for all M&E equipment/Specialist System in compliance with relevant legislations and safe work procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops and implements facility emergency plans. During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Qualification: Degree in Building, Engineering or Facilities disciplines from a recognised tertiary establishment with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Posses WSHO/FSM or other relevant certificates. Singaporean/PR/Foreigner
