Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Assist Account Lead to manage the services, day to day liaising with Tenant and resolving issuesResponsible for the management and maintenance of the assigned properties under the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolioStrategic planning and execution of property management best practices across the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolioProvide leadership and guidance to the team, comprising of in-house Executives and appointed external service providers to address all issues and challenges promptlyResponsible for preparation and planning of annual property management (operating and capital) budgets. Monitor operating and capital expenses without compromising efficiency and quality. All expenses variances should be tracked and reported monthly or as and when required;Ensure proper upkeep of all lease properties and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and code of practice;Review and put in place Standard Operating Procedures, Facilities Management Policies and align across the Company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio;Set key performance indicators and ensure service providers\xe2\x80\x99 performance are being closely monitored, measured and fulfill contract requirements;Involved in the procurement process of goods and services and the evaluation of tender specifications;Lead the team in exploring and reviewing new initiatives that can help to improve operational efficiency and productivity;Any other function necessary for effective operations of the Properties or as directed by the Client and managementLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
