This would include introducing cost control measures implementation (as identified) to ensure financial efficiency.Effective vendor management to ensure seamless daily office operations and coordination works which may impact office operations.Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans across the Southeast Asian regionOversee day-to-day facilities operations in multiple countries, ensuring consistency and efficiency.Liaise with Building Management Office (BMO) on any initiatives, activities or rectification worksEnsure seamless office operations by overseeing all hard and soft services, as well as guestxe2x80x99s experiences at the Front of HouseEnsure all queries are responded and rectified within an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality standards.Manage a team of facilities managers and coordinators across various locationsEnsures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS compliance.Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site ensuring timely solutions and identification and removal of potential roadblocksEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and service providersEnsure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all managed facilities.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for facilities management across the region.
