Develop client relationships with key representatives in supporting clients corporate real estate goals and objectives.Leads team in the execution of inspection testing and maintenance of facilities systems in compliance with all applicable local code. Monitor the MEP maintenance services, looking out for their quality and ensuring their timely delivery according to existing SOPs.Likewise, youll play a part in the engineering oversight of the clients comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for facilities engineering services.
