Facilities & M&e Supervisor (commercial Building)
Job Description
Oversee routine and M&E works including servicing, repairs, system inspections, and vendor-supervised maintenance to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Carry out checks and troubleshooting on building systems such as ACMV, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, and BMS, ensuring timely rectifications when required.
Review and interpret M&E drawings, provide simple design sketches when necessary, and monitor tenant renovation/reinstatement works for compliance with building guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers, assess their performance, verify completion of works, and maintain accurate records of procurement, reports, and documentation.
Support project upgrades and cost-control initiatives by recommending technical solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing on-site engineering input.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in handling
commercial building.
Provensupervisory experience
